iClinic is the most trusted brand in the eye clinic category for 2021

The iClinic eye clinic also won the sixth edition of the marketing programme of ATOZ Marketing Services called Dôveryhodné značky, in the Eye clinics category. Dôveryhodné Značky is an independent, transparent and the only marketing programme on the Slovak market that monitors and rewards the brands that Slovak consumers trust the most, on the basis of an extensive nationwide representative survey. 2,000 consumers rated more than 600 brands in 68 categories, with each category having only one winner.

iClinic has once again confirmed its victory

The eye clinic category was new in the Dôveryhodné značky programme in 2020. The iClinic eye clinic won in this category as the first eye clinic. In this year's representative survey, consumers again chose it as the most trusted clinic. “We greatly value people's trust, because it is very hard to build and a huge amount of work stands behind it. A doctor's work is not only about specialist medical knowledge and skills. It is also work with people, which is beautiful but demanding at the same time. Achieving that everyone is satisfied with you is unrealistic; it is a utopia. But at iClinic we strive to have as many satisfied patients as possible. That is why we do everything in our power. Winning again in this category is proof for us that our efforts are not in vain. On this occasion, I would like to thank all the survey participants for the trust they have shown. My thanks also go to all my colleagues, because this award is the result of the approach of every single colleague, regardless of the position they work in. We will continue to strive to improve our services so that we provide our clients with professional healthcare and in this way help them fulfil their dreams of perfect vision.”, said the founder and head ophthalmologist of the iClinic eye clinic, MUDr. Ivo Ďurkovič, MPH.
